ok i have my own league too and personally if it were me...i wouldnt do the trade. i would be willing to bet delhomme will have a much better season then ben cuz not only of steve smith for the deep routes but now keyshawn for the middle and redzone areas, he should be one of the top QBs this year fantasy-wise as far as im concerned
as for the defenses, its kinda a toss up for me, miami almost always has a good defense and i would say pittsburghs is way better but they lost sum key players on defense so i duno i would say overall i would keep ur guys if nothin else for delhomme, cuz he should rack u up sum points
i actaully would taken him if he was there in mine but i took palmer instead, better not break a leg or im screwed lol...but anyway hey good luck in ur league

Not a good trade. Jake Delhomme does have greater upside than Ben Roethlisberger. You also want to be careful about having the starting QB and the defense for the same team starting for fantasy at the same time. If the team has a good game, you get great fantasy points for each position, but if the team gets blown out, you've got two positions getting you bad point totals. Your two players are better than his two players in this instance.

Not a trade you should take, Delhomme has the greater upside and the Miami D is projected to do better than you have shown there.

Bad trade. Delhomme's going to have a monster season. I wouldn't give him up for a lesser QB in Big Ben and a Steelers Defense that won't do much better than an improved Miami D.

I would say it was a semi bad trade. The dolphins defense is going to be much better this year, their second under Saban's complex scheme. And Delhomme as long as he stays healthy is going to command one of the highest powered offenses in the NFC. Unless you have a stud backup QB, I would not make this trade.

Never part with the Rajun Cajun, especially with Steve Smith and Keyshawn Johnson on the wings.
