looks (eyes, hair, teeth mainly) Im an 17 and i look first at the hair...im a sucker for curly hair. usually people with good hair have great eyes, i love the blue eyes, or green. lots of guys look super hot with glasses too, its just finding the right pair. teeth are important, make sure they are clean and straight...its a turn off to have bad breath.
personality (humor, attitude) funny guys who know when to stop joking around and be serious are attractive. they should be able to joke without making fun of you, a huge teenaged boy problem...making fun of the person you like. big no no. they should know when to let you talk and when to say something. its just how it goes. you cant be negative all the time, but those happy go lucky people are tough to love sometimes.
style (clothes and family) its really hot when a guy can dress nicely. it means he knows what he wants and he is on the ball about it. family, he should get along with his family, not fight alllll the time. i once dated a guy who was great friends with his little brother, that was cute.

Since your teenagers and haven't experienced enough life, you will probably find that girls your age may be into the bad boy image. Whats not realized about this image is that the boy is usually actually bad and should be avoided.
I suggest slowing down and enjoying your freedom as a teenager without adult life obligations such as bills, work, mean bosses and general responsibility for yourself.
When all else fails, be yourself, if a girl doesnt like the "real" you then why bother?

No matter what physical type a girl likes, personality wise I've found: Girls like a guy whose Funny, Smart, Confident, Honest, Loyal, Pays attention to her and wont dog her out cuz his guys are around, and have a good work ethic cuz sometimes a girl likes to be taken out, Now psychically, first, have good hygiene!!! I cant stress it enough, who wants to cuddle a trash can?!! And dress nicely, Not expensively, but nice, dont be grungy!!!

Girls look for considerate guys that notice a girl got her hair done, or remembers your anniversary. But you need to make your self happy with your chioce make it a girl who is nice but fun to be with.

Confidence but not arrogance. Good manners always go a long way, and self cleanliness (clean teeth, no greasy hair, etc) Just be yourself and have good goals.

i'm somewhat lots 6 ft Tall women arent that undesirable o.o It doesnt actually remember how tall somebody is xD as long as you at the instant are not taller than me, then that's ok ^^ EDIT: i'm sixteen, so i'm a teenager :]

i like that the guy is taller than the girl, blode or brown hair, no glasses, and cute smile, and CUTE on the outside but nice on the inside
