I received a scary email from an alleged banker in Ghana Africa asking for me to launder or hide money?

I have been talking to a guy on IM and email who is currently visiting in Africa, is this a coincidence?? I think not but don't know what to do

Delete the email and don't worry your head about it.I'm a Ghanaian though currently in Canada and I receive such emails every other day.Infact these days I don't even read the emails.Just looking at the subject of the email is enough to tell me what it contains.So whenever u receive these mails just delete them.

And receiving these mails has no connection to your friend visiting Africa.I don't know how these people are able to get our email addresses.I know friends here who have no connection to Africa and receive these emails.As I said just delete these emails when u get them and just relax.
