The type of business you would in would assist in getting an appropriate answers. IN this day and age, panty hose are less common. Unless you are working for a lawyer firm or some other business extremely interested in corporate image, I would say you can skip them. A good idea would be to follow the lead of respected woman at your company.

Men of course, are not required to wear them in the office. On the other hand, they're a great way to keep your legs warm while wearing dress pants. Not to mention, they're good for your legs for support and circulation. Hose are also good for creating a soft barrier between itchy wool slacks and your legs.
Crossdressers give guys who wear pantyhose a bad rap. Not all guys are gay and perverted.

It depends on the dress code of your office, but I would say that wearing pantyhose is an outdated practice that no one really expects anyone to participate in anymore. Be observant of what others in your office wear and then dress accordingly. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

I would say," Yes". That would be like a cheerleader not wearing panties. If she did the splits without them there is a good chance she might stick to the floor. For God's sake," Wear pantyhose!"

What women wear gets noticed and "interpreted". Makeup vs. no makeup, skirt vs. pants, etc. As others have said, it really depends on what you're doing. If the dress at your place of business is relatively conservative and you don't wear pantyhose, rest assured someone will notice and it will come out in your next review - although possibly not directly.

Depends on the dress code of the place you work. however, if you want to rise within the ranks always look and be professional, and that includes pantyhose, no matter the temperature.

Depends on where you work. One of my former employers had it as a policy (even for the guys, j/k).
If you don't like pantyhose, then wear stockings or knee highs.

Dress sense is job and age related. Teenagers who wear mini-skirts detest wearing such outdated / grandma like stuff even at work and rebel when instructed on this. At the same time, at work, if a professional, just like guys don't wear shorts, women should wear whatever works in their specific environment. Given the bitterness related to SH cases, many a company has forced such silly dress related regulations into their HR policies with prevention in mind. So, do what you have to do, while respecting and keeping in mind your safety and professionalism.

Depends on how formal your office is and what time of the year. In the summer with a nice summery dress, probably not. But during the rst of the year I would wear hose with a dress or skirt.

You need to give us a little more information.
If you are a tranvestite making a living in a show where you dress as a woman, then yes, panty hose may be a necessity. However it depends on what kind of outfit you are wearing. Knee highs would be fine with trousers, but you might enjoy control top panty hose under them instead.
