How do I download an attachment?
When you open an email, the "header" section just above the message shows who the message is from and what attachments they sent you. The names of the attachments are links you can click to either open and view, or download and save to your computer. For example, if someone attached a wedding photo to their message, you'll see something in the header section like WildWedding.jpg.

Why doesn't an attachment open and appear correctly?
There are a few reasons why your attachment might not appear correctly:
* You might have problems viewing an attachment if your browser is not properly configured to view that type of file. Usually, the easiest solution is to upgrade your browser to the most recent version:
Download the Firefox browser
Download the Internet Explorer browser

I DON'T KNOW. EVERYTIME I GET STUFF SENT TO ME IT ALMOST ALWAYS SAYS "IMAGE REMOVED"
