We buy poly bags from our suppliers. Most of them come in 25 lbs or 32lbs roll. The price on web site is very high. I bet the shipping price is high too. I buy truck load of supply and they deliver them by their own truck.
Best way for you to buy poly bag is from Dry cleaner's supplier. Check yellow page at "Cleaner's supply" and call them.. If you are in my area, I would get you for cost, but I don't think I can help you over the Internet.
**** luck.

You can probably get free ones from anyone who has a clothing store. All of my coats come in plastic bags and I always have to get rid of 200 bags with a hanger hole in the top. Given the hole, they don't make good garbage bags. I don't like to waste things and so now I know to find a seamstress in Littleton.

Best thing would be to add the price of dry cleaning to your quote, drop the garment off at your local dry cleaners and present it to your customer freshly cleaned and packaged.
