If you would have asked me this nearly 2 years ago, I'd say yes, I'd love to run away and start over without any ties! I even tried to actually do it but found that I love my family too much to never have contact with them again. i was sick of the town that I lived in- same ol' people doing the same ol' crap we did in high school. I wanted new friends (not to mention a new job).So, I started finding new friends while living in a different state and pretty much started over. I now have a wonderful girlfriend and will never run out on her. She is my reason for living. If for some reason she left me, I think I would want to get up and leave again. As for now, I can't imagine life without her.

Some days I feel like running away, but that's only because something has gone really wrong or I'm just PMSing pretty bad and my patience is shot. After things calm down, I realize just how lucky I am-- I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children, a comfortable home, etc.-- and I know there is nowhere else I'd rather be.

Depends on what was being ran to. Some cases could be worse. Some could be better. Mainly I would just like to know where my life will go at the moment... Once I have a job and possibly a family I will be extrememly happy... Until then its just rolling with the flow...or the punches, which ever one you want to say.

No Way! I love my life and I am so thankful to have such a wonderful supportive husband. I wouldn't change a thing. Besides, where would I run to if things were not so good? I've always been told, "Plan your work then work your plan and you won't end up in a self pitty party where you are the guest of honor..."

I love questions like this. You know, I have a great family, been married for 10 years, 3 incredible kids, 2 great dogs, lots of success but, ya know what? If I could do it w/out hurting anyone, sure! It sounds odd, and it's great to have this site to be able to post this to but it would be a challenge to start afresh. To be anonymous once again . . . man, the thought is so seductive . . .

At this time in my life I would jump at the opportunity as my life has become a cesspool here in the past 6 months.

i guess i would love too. i have three loved ones die in the matter of 6 months so yes i would like to run away, but i wouldn't... i know how it feels to lose someone so i won't put my family and friends through anymore pain then what we all have had to leave and never return, it's like dieing.

I get up every day, thanking God for my life, what He has given me, what I have worked for, and not just for myself, my health but to be Blessed with my husband, our 3 kids, our animals(lots of 'em!!!),our home,family,friends etc. So why would I ever want to run away and never to be found??? I would be so upset, and miss everybody I love!! Now, it took awhile to get to this feeling of peace, but I am so very thankful for who I am today and who God Blessed me with!!! :)

Part of this sounds attractive but our past and the links we've established makes us who we are today.To separate yourself from these things causes a loss of part ,or all, of who you are.To face up to and deal with things in whatever way you can promotes growth and eventual strength of character.The risk is becoming LOST in every sense of the word.

I have thought about this and glad that U asked this question. I wish that i could run away....sometimes but I would have to return for my hubby and kids, if I didnt have them I would b gone!!!!
