By reversed I mean that when you push the up arrow it moves down a cell and when you push the left arrow it moves to the right.

I've experienced that before. I have no clear explanation on how it happened, I searched but found no relevant or applicable method to solve it. However, I was able to remove that quirky keyboard response by pressing CTRL-ALT-SHIFT then the arrows left, right up and down while within the file. You also check if the Scroll Lock is on such that when you press the arrows, whole sets of columns or rows are skipped. I have yet to find out why that happens (and most assuredly, my keyboard is fully functional).

It's the programs arrow. It's supposed to be like that!

maybe they are reversed on your keyboard.
