Like these, generic 3-d abstract renders.
I'm not too good at making background on photoshop, so I look for ones like these to use to make wallpapers. I've come up short lately (mainly using google and yahoo image), so I'd appreciate it if anyone knew of a site with such wallpapers, or just could link me to one here or there.

Deviantart.com has an entire section for 3D wallpapers, and also a section for abstract wallpapers. I've linked you to the 3D section in the source list :)
