it probably doesn't matter that much for undergrad. Most decent schools will also have decent psych programs. The career opportunities with a 4-year psych degree aren't that different (at least within the field) whether you graduate from Harvard or a public state university.
Grad school is another matter, as different schools will be strong in different areas of psych (developmental, clinical, social, neuropsych, etc.). In that case, you'd want to balance the strength of the program with the research interests of the faculty and your "fit" with them.

Assuming you're asking about an undergraduate program:
If you want a strong psychology preparation, most schools with graduate training programs are a good choice as are strong, small private liberal arts colleges.
If you're asking about graduate studies, that would depend on your area of interest.

I heard Harvard. As long as the psychology program is accredited, it doesn't matter which school you attend.
