my period had ended for the month of august on the 17th. my boyfriend and i had sex for the first time on the 21st then twice on the 23rd. we used a condom for all three times. on the 25th, i started to bleed but it wasnt normal. it was brownish and came out thick and in little chunks. it wasnt like a regular flow. i still get it once in awhile up to today and its really starting to freak me out. i usually dont start my period until the 13th. is this normal? or am i just freaking out because i dont want to be pregnant? :/

i think what you need to ask yourself is if this you have been a virgin prior to this point. if you have, then this abnormal blood flow could be due to the reaction of your body from the condom. it could be possible that you were allergic to it. if this continues, you might want to go see a female doctor and have an exam. bleeding after your first experience is sometimes a normal thing, according to one of my human sexuality text books. I think that if your period doesn't start right again next month, you may want to take a pregnancy test. But be sure to talk to a physician!

Well, if you were a virgin, you could still be bleeding a bit from before. Even a couple of times after the first time you could still bleed. If it's brown, it probably means it's old blood. Either way, you could wait until the 13th to see if your period will come.

If it was indeed your first time than it could be a reaction from the condom. Even still it is best to see a doctor about it just in case. I know u probably dont want your parents to know so try to go to a planned parenthood and see if they can help u or lead u in the right direction of someone whom can without your parents knowing.

Brown stuff like that is dried blood. Maybe when having sex and abrasion was caused. OR you may have some bleeding in the uterus or cervix. It is nothing to worry about. Have been having it for 3 years now. Just go talk to your doctor.

This could be a number of things, best advice is to go see a doctor. If you and your mom have a good relationship, then try talking to her about it. Either way have it checked out SOON.

It is not quite normal but there my be a hormonal imbalance in your body or there could be cyst or you could have endometriosis. So if it persist, you should contact your gyno or go to your local health department.
