I was watching Chris angel, and I was disgusted by the episode on how he went through a wood chipper. Blood went every where, and chunks were coming out. WHY IN THE HECK DID THEY ALLOW THAT TOO BE SHOWN ON T.V? Did u see that episode? Were you grossed out? Or did u think it was cool?

I saw it and thought it was stupid. I mean we know he really didn't get wood chipped. They already showed how he makes himself levitate.

I just thought it was kinda sick and stupid...I mean his mom was so torn up seeing that. Who in their right mind would do that?

Many things are shown on TV that do not appeal to all audiences. That is why there are ratings on shows. If you do not like the immense amount of gore, do not watch the show. There are other channels. Some people enjoy more gory shows and movies than other people. Look at the movie Saw and Hostel. I saw Saw and Saw 2. There was gore in it. I then watched Hostel, and even I, who does not get disgusted at the sight of the insides of bodies, thought the creators of that movie over-did the amount of gore and blood. There is a line where gore becomes excessive. But what do you expect when you send a human body through a wood chipper. Do you expect roses and butterflies to come out? No. You should expect the expected, and that is that the body is being ripped to shreds.

Simply put, if you don't like it, don't look at it.

I liked that show, there were of course moments where I cringed and had to look away because I am a queasy person and even if it is fake I still feel sick lol. I can't watch it now because i dont get the channel anymore, but I think that show is like a car crash....horribly horrific but you just cant seem to look away. Or I cant anyway.
I seen that wood chipper episode and nearly got sick but I think his show is interesting anyway.

Did ya know: Houdini was killed on live television doing one of his stunts/tricks.

Chris didn't go through the wood chipper. He came out of the machine alive and well. Besides, it couldn't have been Chris because it wasn't a live broadcast, and they wouldn't have shown Chris being killed on a taped show.

He is pretty awesome!

I think they allowed it because it wasnt real. If they said there was a dead pig in there or something, the animal rights activists would be having a field day.

Have you seen the episode of Dirty Jobs were he was cleaning crap out of a toilet in a basement that flooded? Thats just as gross.
Or when Mike was in the sewer inspecting it, and had roaches on the cieling and walls, and rats and mice were running around, along with the stream of sewage they were walking in?

I'm not big into these "illusionists". Chris Angel & David Blaine suck. I miss those David Copperfield specials. At least you knew you were watching a show and not improv street magic. Fox needs to bring back that magic tricks revealed special again.

he will be jesus vacationing on earth for the time.. as you will locate, he's in no way close to any of those issues that the fundies declare him to be. if you're a christian, you could imagine about that.. and the religion you've so blindedly observed. per chance he's mocking your team -proffessing their undying faith because of previous memories of wonderful situations latest in a e book, and yet you could not sense a unmarried charm to a similar feats that he so openly reflects on your faces. if certainly he's jesus, he could be fairly confident through now of your christian hypocrisy. now you spot, and nevertheless you could not trust.. i ask your self the position i heard that line formerly... and to be conscious that your first reaction is to associate him with evil? jeez, you christians are extremely screwed interior-out.

I thought it was pretty cool actually, I am not one of those tom boy girls, I just really like him and his acts. The reason I think they showed it on tv was because there is much worse on there gore and blood wise, I thought that was one of his best acts but...I really don't understand how on earth he did it!
Truely Ah-mazing!
