there are ways to go to college without being a citizen, many people attend college in the states who are not citizens. contact a college and they will be able to explain how you could do that.

Go to any social security office and apply for one. You will NEED one, whether or not you go to college. You will definitely need a SSN when you apply for a job.
The way you were writing your sentences.....I'd take two years of junior college before you hit the 4 year university if I were you.
