i've got this thing on my thumb where it hits my pen/pencil when i write. i think its like a callous, but dont callouses go away after awhile?what i have is like hard skin. well i've had this for like years..i think its from too much writing. damn the school system. anyways, how do i get rid of it?

oh and second question what are those things that people put on their pencils called? they're foam and they make it more comfortable to write

you can never get rid of those. also the thing's people put on theire pencil's are called erasser's.

It will go away after you stop writting so much. They are called pencil grippers.
