He needs medical attention, could be psychological or a manifestation of other ailments. If permanent, it is time to think and decide. To be able to enjoy sex is a human right. However it is also your right if you choose to remain faithful. Men has other tools.

Did he seek help for it or is he even interested?? Being faithful that is more about feelings...there are ways (even with impotence) to work around the sex issue...but, if he's feeling ashamed and crappy about it now...imagine how he will feel if you have to go to another man because of his problem...now if he doesn't care enough about you or the relationship to even try to get it fixed...then I guess it's fair game, and you're free to do as you wish....just don't be upset if you do...and he all of a sudden finds that it works again....with someone else??! Good Luck! =)

That's hard to tell someone how to deal with. There is the Dr. pills and implants which is extreme but may be the healthiest solution though expensive. If you love him and you have a life together you need to try to work it out. Sex is important and there are other ways to get sexual satisfaction. I guess you have to decide what is most important to you and if hurting him and leaving him will make you happy even with sex. Only you can decide that.

You should remain faithful to him....that is what marriage is all about...remaining faithful. What if the table was turned. Would you want him to run around on you? Just ask him to go with you to the Dr. to find out if there is a medical ailment. Maybe there is a medication that will help.

Depends on the nature of his impotence. Much impotence can be treated now. Viagra does wonders. Have him see a urologist specializing in impotence, odds are he can be helped. But he has to want to be helped.

i'm going through the same thing right now and i can tell you that viagra has helped alot. its not something you can do all the time but there are other things also. possibly bring sex toys into the bedroom and having him participate helps also. if the viagra doesnt work there always other pills that do. just have him check with his doctor. sometimes they have samples so you can try them and good luck.

It is way to easy to fix impotence these days. If he is simply physically impotent try: medications, surgical "fixes", or of course marital aides. If you still love each other you both should be able to work it out.

There are other ways for your partner to please you besides intercourse. You need to talk to him and tell him that you have needs that need to be met. He might be impotent but he still has ways of having fun even though he may not get an erection. Maybe if you two sat and talked with one another then both of you can give pointers on what you both desire.
