Hi, I have a question if someone was born three weeks early making him a Leo but he was really due to be born in Virgo, is it possible that he is more virgo than leo?

It doesn't matter astrologically when you were supposed to be born, but when you were born.
Does this person seem like a Virgo to you more so than a Leo? Everyone has all 12 signs in their charts, so the person in question may have Virgo on a house cusp(s) if it is not intercepted and possibly other planets in Virgo rather than the Sun, which is in Leo.

No. You're born when you're born; that's it. That's when you took your first breath. If you were to have been born a Virgo,you would have been. But here's what it's about: Believe it or not, we all choose when to be born. There is a reason for everything, including preemies, miscarriages, abortions, whatever. That is the vehicle, the person, you chose to come though, and the time.

OK I know that this will seem weird to you but this is the truth. I was suppose to be born October 30 and my mom had me on October 21. So I am a born Libra, however, I am more Scorpio than I am Libra. With the exception that I am always trying to balance life. I fit the Scorpio personality a little bit more than the Libra that I was born to be. I spoke to a Psychic and she said that I was born on the cusp of the signs and that I carry both traits.

No, sorry. He's a true Leo then! Virgos and Leos have some similair traits. But a Leo is more determined, more honest and more stubborn. LOL I like them both though, so no matter what, you've got a good friend.
