I had a gals name on there and her address and also mentioned her son by name. She is freaking out telling me she's calling the police and that I am going to prison. There was no threats or negative comments, just the name and address. Is it still free speech even though he is under 18?

While I do not think this is illegal posting it in such a public forum without her permission could lead to some issues. After all, with just her name her address could easily be found using a number of public resources, both electronic and paper. Finding out that she has a son is almost as easy.

Rather then run the put some on at risk or risking some possible actions against you I would suggest that you remove the name and address. This will calm the lady down and keep you out of water.

Like I said it is not illegal but since she has expressed a desire to not have it on the blog she could potentially seek non-judicial legal action against you. Such as a law suit for endangerment or some other action.

Morally, you have no right to post someone else's information without their approval. I'd have to see exactly what you posted to judge your legal position, but I do know that if this family recieves even one bit of unwanted contact as a result of your actions, you CAN be held criminally liable for facilitation.
Remove it.
