Scrub the whole thing down with bleach. Rinse. Scrub down again with vinegar. Rinse. Make a paste of lemon juice and baking soda. Coat the entire inside with this. Let it sit opened in the sun a few days. Rinse. Repeat.
Or try taking it to the car wash and using thier grime cleanser on it with the scrubby brush thing.

get some bowls and fill them with white vinegar, place them in different spots around the inside of the camper. Leave them for a few days and don't go in the camper..that should do it..good luck..leave longer if the smell persists

Try using baking soda. buy a box open it up and place in there and just leave it there for a while.
I would also bleach out the unit first and wipe down with lysol wipes.
Good luck, that's a horrible smell to deal with!

Wash it out with white vinegar, leave the door open and put charcoal briquettes in it and let it air for awhile, when you close it for the winter put a few of the briquettes in a margarine tub and leave it in the fridge, the charcoal will absorb any odors.

Place coffee in a sock or panty hose and close door and let sit. It will definitely work.
