You will have to research this on your own. What may be the best college to me may not be the best college for you. Look into what field you are trying to study and find out if that particular program and college/university is accredited. From there, you can make a decision which college is best for you.

Maybe first you should know what you want of a college. Some places like U.S. News and stuff give guides saying the top colleges include ivy universities (Harvard, Princeton, Yale) as the top, but it all depends on what you're looking for.

For me, I wanted a private liberal arts college that had a good reputation in my state
