If you're talking about a game company, it's nigh impossible.
Even if you've produced the game, it's very hard to get interest from stores.
First, get listed on http://www.boardgamegeek.com
You can write a review for your own game there.
You might also get some help there w/ marketing or leads on buyers.
You can try alan moon's gathering of friends, they are serious gamers.
