Weight lifting is the best way to get stronger, but when you first start get familure with the all the weights throughout first few weeks in the weight room. To get stronger lifting heavier with less weights will deffinately work you out, and to keep from getting fat make sure you have plenty of running drills.

Try some core muscle exersices. Ask a trainer at a gym, and they'll give you a more professional answer, not to say more trustworthy. Running and swimming are good ways to get really lean without building much muscle, if that's what you mean by no fat.

Lift weights, Run, Jog, Babysit and carry the baby around the entire time (at least a 2 year old weighing over 30lbs should be ok) lift watermelons......You wont get stronger by watching TV and eating chips.

well that depends on what u mean by stronger, being able to lift things and move things easier or being able to last a long time at anything.... what i do is always jog until i cant no more, and then i rest for 30 minutes, sprint for 10 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, sprint 10 more, etc until i cant anymore.. then i rest for maybe a hour or 2 and drink plenty of water, then i lift weights... :)

Almost anything that makes you tired, that isn't staying up late. Try running, or swimming, or anything! Also, being fat doesn't make you stronger?

well... physical indurance tests really help you. Like for building leg muscles... you could do squats or lunges, and then after you stop feeling the burn(after a few days or weeks of doing them) you can add weight packs around your thighs or waist and continue doing the same routine. I'm just guessing that that could work.

AHA!
You can fool your brain into thinking you are stronger than you really are by picking up lighter things than the guy over the road with the big chest.
Simple, eh?

Whether you are fat or not, you can get stronger by working out with weights or by doing daily affirmations.
