No, you are not the only one I think that they should have people that at least you can understand and that can understand you, ticks you off don't it?
I like my dell but the customer service and tech problems are a nightmare. It is easier to go on line and explain your problem at least the foreigners can type in english!

Its called outsourcing and given that wages in India, the Phillipines and China are a lot lower than North America it only stands to reason that companies will move the jobs to those cheaper locations.

I have even had someone from India call me at 1:00 in the morning to ask me if I still wanted a driver cd that they forgot to send to me. That was the last time I called.

They outsource their work to India. Chase Bank does this too. If a newspaper or magazine printed a list of companies that outsource jobs overseas, there would be repercussions.
