Give a week or two and you will love it, I hate a regular keyboard now.

I just started a job where I have an ergonomic keyboard, but have a regular at home.

I am going to replace the home one as soon as I can.

i've never used an ergonomic one, but i think one problem you will have, is if you have to type on a regular keyboard every, its going to be all confusing, and probably feel kind of awkward... i even feel that way if i move from my laptop to a different computer, just because of how the keys are spaced...

Ergonomic keyboards are so much easier to use once you get used to them. I you look at you wrists when you type, they are at a natural angle. With regular key boards you have to bend you wrists in straight which causes cramping after hours of typing.

Obviously have the keyboard that is ergonomically designed, they are designed for our comfort and convinience. In today's world we need to work on computer as we need to interact with people, it is unavoicdable and long hours eposure can lead us to many health problems...muscles, spinal cord, eyes, fingers, palm...So better use ERGONOMICALLY designed keyborad so that the probability of some problems can be lessened.

I just can't seem to get used to it, even though it's better for you. I vote for the regular keyboard & stretching exercises for my hands and wrists. That doesn't take too long & can be done often, it also means that I don't have to re-learn how to type.
