All pharma companies drive cars made by American manufacturers or owned by american manufacturers (some reps have volvo's). Typically you'll have either an impala, grand prix, taurus/500, or if the previous rep left, you may get their upgraded vehicle like a Jeep Liberty or minivan.

They rent cars just like everyone else when traveling.

I do remember seeing a Chevy Cavalier in a suburban MD parking lot, but I think they didn't work for Merck.
