I have read it spelled as Guenever and Guinevere. Does anyone know the correct way to spell it? Thanks!

Guinevere is the accepted traditional and current spelling. The other form is I think old English, and therefore not relevant

Mostly it seems to be spelled Guinevere, but I'll ask her next time I see her.
