i bought a juventus jersey and on the tamoil patch a little bit of blue paint fell off. Can the dry cleaners fix this by adding a bit of blue dye or something or is there nothing that can be done?

Usually most dry cleaners have a tailor on hand, so they can do alterations and fix garments. Just ask next time you go in and they will tell you if they can help you or not.

They might be able to sew a patch on it; a lot of dry cleaners have sewers that work for them.
