what is the thing that strike on how friendship work, and how to improve it?

I suppose some people just rub you the wrong way. But if you keep that in mind and try to give them at lest one more chance you'll be the better person.

This is as complicated as the number of people involved in hate at first sight. If someone subconsciencelly sees their faults in someone, it's like an instant personification of that fault. Real friendship can come at a person when they least expect it, and sometimes from a former adversary. It is caring without regard of reward or gain. It's invovlement without interference or suggestive control, and advice, that wise men don't need or fools that wont adhere to. Friends don't hide in the time of your need, nor gaze off in pretentious indifference.They also are wise enough to know that everyone needs help and is not totally independant.women can become good friends to men and not be otherwise involved to be a great insight for men as to the proper way to treat women with the respect all good women deserve>

I honeslty have no idea , but I find my self doing that sometimes ..just when you meet someone they just either click with you or they dont ..I guess thats what they mean by the first impression is the most important ..
people should think about that when they meet someone

I think first impression is the key some people can tell as soon as they meet someone weather they like them or you so they back off and give themselves time. Most of the time you can tell right off weather you like some one or not.
