if it says the correct title song and the correct singer ... I think is not a problem ... but if u take credit of it ...It is ....

Yep. The artist, producers and song writers can sue you for producing a copyrighted song. They have "scouts" that search the internet looking for such content. They won't contact you, they'll contact myspace and have them remove your page completely. Then, you'll receive a letter from them that they sent to myspace. I ran across a situation like this on Ebay.
