This is from Guinness World Records: "Elbow Licking. Contrary to popular urban legend, it is quite possible to lick your own elbow. Guinness World Records receives about five claims a day for this and we would like to stress the following point: being able to lick your own elbow is not, in any sense, a world record. If you're one of the admittedly rare few who can lick your elbow, save it for the water cooler."
It is possible to lick your own elbow. The urban legend is that it is impossible to kiss your own elbow and if you do you will turn into the opposite sex.

My brother did. He fell from the roof of a building he was working on, and wrapped his right arm around the back of his head and his elbow was next to his mouth. That's the only time I've heard of it.
PS; He did break 18 bones to do it though.

Unless you have a malformation of your arm that makes your humorus much shorter than normal, licking your elbow is physically impossible.

P.S. Why don't we have hair on our elbows? Have you thought of that?
(It has to do with the amount of rubbing and bumping our elbows endure...)

No. It really depends on how long your tongue is, or how short your arm is or how much you're capable of bending your arm or neck or shoulder.
