yes, bleach is a wonderful, inexpensive cleaning agent that many people overlook. Did you know that a 10% bleach solution is effective in killing all kinds of critters in your kitchen and bathroom?
If the bleach doesnt do the job, lean on the stain with your hand covering it as your landlord does his/her final inspection ; )

I had a big stain too on my old apt. I went to home depot and bought a spray can of this stuff called KILLZ and layered it (let dry between). It's like white paint but it's not. It won't chip and they'll never know the difference tee hee. Good luck on the deposit... they never give it though :(

SoftScrub w/bleach has always done it for me. Something stronger that might work is a product called Whink it takes out rust stains. Very powerful stuff, ventilate well while using.
You can get Whink usually in you local grocery store.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It takes Kool-aid stains out of the countertops and you dont need anything but water to add to it.

Use old fashion bleach, straight from the bottle. Use an old rag or some paper towels. Hint: put on rubber gloves.Bleach will make your hands smell and can burn you.

Try Nailpolish remover. Don't worry about the deposit - they always give it back anyway.

Actually Kilz would work, its a spray primer for paint intending to lift of stains on smooth or pourous surfaces to prep for painting.
Give her 10pts. Thanks for two.
