Child is 15 Are there any agency that will help this father. Mother never let him see child need help paying for dna test if child is his he wants to pay up but doesnt know were to go for help would like to see child

Any judge will tell you that visition and child support are 2 different things so it doesn't matter how far back in support he owes he can still visit or if the mother wouldn't let him and he has visition rights she is in contempt of court

Child support has nothing to do with visitation--taken care of in two seperate courts. You will need to file a custody petition and ask for joint custody and visitation. However, if you are in arrears, you could get sent to jail and depending on the age of the child, they won't let the child visit you.

how far in arrears is he - over $500+ file for back child support through the State you reside in - and if he does not have visittion rights - then say no way
