Excellent question! I can only imagine that cats think about things in the same way as a child does before it learns language. Unfortunately, I can't remember that far back, so I have no idea how that would be.

There's nothing about my cat to indicate that she thinks at all! She's very pretty and loving, but thoughts.....no.

Well, I'm sure they have to think to ignore humans as much as they do, so I think that is as good a theory as any!
