i don't really think you need to do anything. it's your best friend's issue and she needs to deal with the problem. if she's really your friend, then she shouldn't even be entertaining the idea of getting with your boyfriend.
as far as your boyfriend and you are concerned, as long as you two love each other, then there's no issue, right? as the saying goes, "it takes two to tango." if your bf isn't interested, then this shouldn't be a concern of yours.
if you really think that she's willing to do whatever it takes to get him, then she's not your friend and you should stop hanging around her.
if it's a matter of her (and you inevitably) being uncomfortable about the situation, then just hang out with her and not have the bf be around when you two hang out.

tell your friend not to interfere with the one that you love...if she does, she's not really your friend. Maybe try to set her up with some other guy with similar characteristics as your man, or looks, whatever she is attracted to.
