Use sea salts, epson salts, brown or raw sugar, cornmeal, mineral salts. You can mix these carriers with a body wash and or essential oils

Honey and rolled oats with yoghurt and rock saly or sea salt..mix it into a paste and away you go..And strawberrys wizzed into a paste
