My fiance miscarried at 19 weeks. We went to the doctor's office for a checkup and they couldn't find a heartbeat. We went to radiology because they thought maybe she wasn't as far as they thought, but she was. They had to induce labor and she had to give birth to a little baby boy. Unfortunately the doctors had no explanation as to what happened. They said they see no reason why we can't have anymore though, I was just wondering if a similar situation happened to anybody else and if they had children after the experience.

I'm so sorry. I don't have any firsthand experience with that, although a sister of a good friend of mine miscarried around 20 weeks. She is now pregnant again, at around 30 weeks and doing great. Anyway, I really just wanted to say how sorry I am for you and I hope whatever you decide to do about future children brings you joy!

My son and daughter-in-law had 3 miscarriages.
First time, 5 weeks
Second time, 7 weeks
Third time, 4 1/2 months.

She has no trouble getting pregnant, the embryo just doesn't want to stay attached to her uterus wall.

As the nanna, this would have been my grandchild. I have no others. It broke all our hearts.

God Bless you with another. Give yourselfs time to heal and the Lord will Bless you if this is his plan.

My son and wife decided after 3 times that they weren't meant to be Blessed. I hope one day they will be, but, I understand and wouldn't dare say anything to them as I wouldn't want to hurt them. Besides, that's their business. Mine is pray for them to have a good life no matter what.

Bless You!

I have come to understand in my heart that it was not time for that soul to be born so god did not let me carry full term. but as for children afterwords don't worry usually its just a one time thing good luck and my sympathies to you and your fiance

I have lost 2 babies 1 at 6 wks and the other at 12 wks, but i do have to healthy boys. One of them was after my 2 miscarriages. Sometime a baby is just sick and would not survive so it kind of aborts itself. It is really sad and hard to get over, but you will. Good luck!!!!

I had 4 miscarriages and 2 kids. 2 before I had my first and 2 before I had my second. I did just fine with both kids. Keep her away from stress :) Sometimes its just meant to be.
