It depends upon what career you choose. Academics and government jobs pay the least, maybe around $25,000 to start. Writers, such as journalists, tend to start out a little higher. There are some people who can work up to a six-figure salary within a couple of years after graduating, but that's extremely rare. I'd suggest looking at salary.com to get a better idea once you decide on a specific career path, or just type in 'writer' and go from there. Good luck!

Two things you either going to be a lawyer or teacher. If you do a teaching job then the average 27,000 dollars a year first year. If want to be a lawyer on a average you can make 60 to 70 thousand a year. This all depends on your skill and ability and who you work for.
