those were the days
and they actually showed the whole video on VIDEO countdown shows
unlike trl that show 10 seconds caus ethey wanna talk about new movies coming out and interview actors or bands that don't have songs on the top ten
or how they got those drama filled shows like laguna beach . . . yeah like the rest of the world cares about a bunch of spoiled rich kids
speaking of spoiled rich kids whats with sweet sixteen get over yourself really
and that stupid crib show nobody cares how celebs live got bad enough they have all that undesirved money

Yes, I remember this. My son is two weeks younger than MTV and the only thing that remained constant was MTV playing videos 24/7. I know because I was awake and watching it all that time.
The kid is now a musician.

Yup I rememeber my older brother recording like 8 hours of it for me while he was at work and mailing me the VCR tapes so I could watch it,, since we didn't get cable where i lived and the dish companies didn't show MTV.

They still do but you have to wait till the wee hours of the morning to see them. They should show some of that crap that they do show early in the morning and show videos in the evening!
