Dude whatever you do don't say nothin. Women hate it when we talk so just have the decency to stfu. Buy her some dumb girl stuff (flowers, but no candy when people are sick / dying), sit there, listen to her, don't try to play the wise man, get her a burger once in a while, etc.

repeat - do NOT get stoic

if you dump her during this time, you won't get a date in a 10 mile radius

Just be nice to her, let her know that you're there for her if she wants to talk and that you'll help in anyway with what's going on with her sister. Sometimes in situations like this girls don't want to talk to a guy about pregnancy and stuff so if she brushes you off or acts frustrated she just may want to be alone with her sister, don't take it personally.

Just let her know you're there for her. Go over to her house (if you aren't already there) and stay there until she either falls asleep or you're kicked out. Keep your arm around her, make her feel appreciated, and let her know that everything will turn out alright with or without the baby being born. Just general things like that.

When anyone is upset, some things that immediately lift their spirits is to be brought food and to be hugged. Beyond that, all women enjoy being listened to... intently.

stay with her. comfort her. be able to be there for her. don't put off seeing her and let her know if she needs someone to talk to your there. maybe she has all of it bobbled up in side and all she needs to do is let it out. ask her maybe "do u want to talk?" or "how u been these days?". make her feel like everything is alright.
