I assume you want the firing order
4 cylinder cylinders are left to right 1, 2, 3, 4
firing order is 1-3-4-2
6 cylinder cylinders are: back bank left to right 1, 3, 5
front bank left to right 2, 4, 6
firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6
hope this helps!

I have a 1997 mazda millenia with the dist of a 626 the order is 1-2-3-5-4-6, counter clockwise. This should be the same for yours.

The firing order is stamped on the manifold of your engine .... you need to find the firing order. Then you will find a '1' on your distributor cap ... start from there and count counter clockwise to know where the rest of the wires go.

I use www.alldata.com. If it's a four cyl. try 1-3-4-2 or call advanced auto parts they have a hot line

No but if you call a Mazda dealer and ask one of their mechanics I'm sure they can tell you. The library often carries repair manuals
