I go on Club Penguin now and then and I am 15 years old. It is pretty fun for all ages even though it has a "babyish" first impression. Anyway, all chat is supposedly monitored by adults so it is a very clean and safe environment. By using your mouse you can click on certain places to move your character which is a penguin. You can do a few actions, chat to one another, buy things, play games, and even search for hidden items. To get the full access to this penguin world you have to pay a monthly fee which I myself think is a little high. Either way, whether you choose the free subscription or the costly one, you'll still most likely have fun.
