I used to be able to spend what I wanted but now I'm on a budget because my husband was transferred and I no longer have a job. It sucks!!!!

Yes and no. I get paid twice a month. All my bills are paid with one paycheck and I keep the other. But I don't have a lot of debt so it sounds better than it is.

well im only 13 but even with my parents im on a budget
this is a reason why people spoiled and rich like paris hilton should be donating to others. if it wasnt for us staying at their hotels they wouldnt be where they are today!
