I would like some drills i could do to get faster, and stronger and i took the season off to do this?

Being a QB isn't only about being stronger and faster, but smarter. NFL QBs from the Manning brothers to Brady to JP Losman spend hours in the film room, watching other QBs and themselves, and analyzing how to improve their play, most specifically their reads. Brady's arm isn't the strongest, but he puts the football where it needs to be and puts the proper amount of zip on every pass. JPL, as you may've seen(in the past now, thankfully) often put the ball into the dirt, or had it sail on him, and that's because he used to put too much or too little on it..

dont take the season off, take protein everyday and lift wieghts after practice. use the off season to get into hard training schedule.

All depends on what areas need improvement...Pocket Presence,Vision,Run and Gun,Rollout....Depends on the area...Goodluck with it bro

lift weights and throw the ball far and often (to build arm strength)

keep praticing and then practice some more..even when you don't feel like it...
