My brother hates his teacher she is really mean!! Any tips or stories on how to get this teacher fired?

Talk to your parents. If there really is reason for concern, your parents will be upset and call the principal. Do not make up things. Whatever you say HAS to be true because it will be verified. If you lie then you will be found out and get in a lot of trouble.
If the principal thinks that the teacher is out of line then they will talk to her, work with her, move your brother to another class... or fire her. If your brother is just being sensitive though the teacher will not be fired. She is doing her job.

Being mean isn't a reason to be fired. You are not really looking at the big picture either. Let's say you made some lie to get this lady fired...that could ruin her life. She may not be able to find another job! Tell your brother to suck it up for one year and realize when he is older and an adult he will have to deal with "mean" people all the time and you cannot just get them fired.

Because your brother hates his teacher is NO reason for her to be fired. As far as being mean is concerned, she probably is just demanding he do his work and do his best. Because he doesn't, she may be on his case. That, my dear, is the sign of a good teacher. The easiest route to take would be to ignore inappropriate behavior. Obviously, your brother's teacher cares and works to get her students to learn.
