HEY, i'm a 17 year old male who used to be reeeally fit until this summer... since the begining of this summer i have piled on 66+lbs. due to lack of exercise, binge eating, eating sugary foods & other issues such as my "urge to gain weight" which means i enjoy myself overweight & plan on continuing to gain weight!!!

yet i have noticed in the past month or so i have started getting chest pains. like when i climb stairs, eat ALOT or sometimes no apparent reason...

like my parents & doctors say i MUST lose weight, watch what i eat & work out!but i'm like screw that!! instead i binge, lay around & eat more

my current stats are 5'10 222lbs. up from 155ish in late may... i also have a rather round belly @ 46 inches which makes me look pregnant which i find quite amusing. i also have huge thighs which are covered in stretch marks and is an utter pain when walking anywhere AND i have man boobs "moobs" which are slightly unsightly but w/e keep in mind i was inshape a few months ago..

you do have an issue. obesity is big these days. it's also not good for you. ask yourself this: do i want to live to see my future wife?

young teens who are obese die early from heart failure, diabetes, and other related problems.

when you walk up the stairs, do you start sweating and panting after the first ten steps? that's your heart working overtime to help get the blood to all of the places in your body. your fat looks like candle wax and it builds up in your arteries. that isn't good. that blocks the flow of blood from your heart to your body and back to your heart. that means that the blood cant get to where it needs to go easily and this can cause your heart to suddenly stop beating and you would be dead.

have you ever seen the movie "Supersize me!" ? i haven't but it is about the issues related with obesity. please be warry of this. it doesn't matter what you weighed a few months ago. its what you weigh now and your attitude towards it.

my little sister is obeise and its very depressing because if she keeps eating the way she is now, not caring about her health, i won't have a little sister in two to four years.

you could be my future husband. one never knows. but we wouldnt be getting married if you kept on binge eating because you won't be there to marry me. youd be six feet under.

so please, keep in mind that it isn't healthy and that its a bigger issue than you are making it out to be. i love you and please do your future a favor and be more warry of the way you eat and what you weigh.

sincerely,

your future wife

i usually think that the number of pounds you weigh doesnt matter as long as you are fit since muscle can be heavy. But by what you're saying, you are very overweight. plus girls dont like man boobs its such a turnoff. And since you have the capability of being fit since you once were, i suggest that you try really hard to loose weight.....your attitude about it seems to be a problem... stop laying around, eating, and start loosing weight!

I would get back inshape, it's a lot more healthy. It takes more work though then just sitting on your butt eating. I'm not saying looks are everything, but now days with teen girls they look for inshape guys.

look, please stop asking this question. no one cares how fat you have gotten. i personally think you are full of crap. if you are happy with yourself this way, then so be it, but leave it alone. you've asked this question at least 5 times already!
