Yes, EBN, Emergency Broadcasting Network. I own one on VHS (Commercial Entertainment Project). I think there may be about 4 of them... Its essentially music videos for the band EBN. It's techno type music with snip it's of news footage/movies and visual effects. It's pretty cool, I haven't watched it in years!
