Crunches will help firm up the muscles weakened from the c-section.

Lie on your kitchen floor. Knees up. Feet flat on the floor.
Put your feet up under the bottom of your kitchen counter.
Arms across your upper chest.
Raise your upper back 1/4 up off the floor.
HOLD yourself up for 20 seconds.
Do once a day.
FEEL your abs shake.
Do not go higher than 1/4 up off the floor. If you do, your sides and back muscles are holding you up. Test; go up higher, your abs stop shaking!
Do not put your hands behind your head; if you do, you are pulling yourself up.

It is very difficult to lose weight after a c-section remmber they actually cut or tore your stomach muscles in half to get that baby out. I would guess you would have to do some weight training to strethen thoes muscles and remember to also train your back.

I had a section, too. I think a tummy tuck is probably the best answer.

You've received many good replies.
DO support your head with your hands behind the bottom of your skull. Interlace your fingers & hold your head lightly so, abdominals can do the work & prevent neck injuries.

If the incision is vertical...there is little you can do because the muscle fiber is cut...but with a horizontal incision, walking and exercises can help tighten
