You might have some minor vaginal tears that are healing. They can sting/itch as they heal. There are creams to help with itching but if the itching continues for more than a couple of days or there is discharge, you need to treat for a yeast infection or see your Dr.

Next time, remember the Boy Scout Motto:

ALWAYS BE PREPARED!

Good luck and Goddess Bless!

This was actually a recent question on a Sue Johnson/Talk Sex show. Her response was something like - rough sex can absolutely irritate the skin in that area, kind of like a rash (remember indian burns as a kid?) and would very likely be itchy and/or irritated. If you continue having regular sex after that (not necessarily rough sex) you will continue to irritate the skin and not give it enough time to heal. If it is getting better every day (less irritated and itchy) I would give it a few more days before rushing to a doc unless it really freaks you out. It might be an interesting issue to explain :-)

If there was some tearing (of vaginal wall/tissues), then like any type of cut or laceration, the healing process can be itchy. Make sure to keep yourself nice and clean and should clear up in a day or two

Yes it can. If the itchiness doesn't resolve itself, go see your doc.

hygiene is important and also its best if u urinate right after sex, it will help wash away the impurities. If it persists go see your doctor.
