I'm wondering if they have to pay the songwriter, performer to use that name. Also, Bubba Gump. I know the book and movie was Forrest Gump but they have all their t-shirts, etc. advertising Forrest Gump souvenirs.

I thought Cheeseburger in Paradise was owned by Jimmy Buffet.

They can name it whatever they want, but somewhere done the line if someone decides to question them on it, because it's the name of an already existing restaurant or name, the they may run into problems and have to change the name.
It happened to a small restaurant here, in my town.

I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes!

They probably do have to pay the songwriter or production company...basically whoever has the copywright
