accessing my email?

i cant access my email, it keeps giving me a 404 error, my sister, (velvetrain02) and my mom (boopakaren) can both log into theirs, but it wont let me access my inbox.. please help!

Maybe U need 2 shut the puter off & turn it back on sometimes this happens that's what I do & I'm able 2 get back on
