i want my website be on the top listing of the search result in yahoo, google or any search engine if i type some of the info my website has.

HAHA you get there by being popular you get popular by have ALOT of hits on your site or if you have the money to pay yahoo google ect off...

My best advice is to go to a local bookstore chain like Barnes & Noble or Borders. Find a book on search engine optimization (there are tons of titles on SEO these days because it's the flavor of the year). Don't bother even buying the book but rather just read certain chapters of it where they list URLs to resources. For zero money investment, now you have some basic answers.

you have to have the highest pagerank (for google) ... which means lots of links to your site from big sites and lots of people have to visit it.
